So you guys might be wondering how graf_chokolo is doing right now. Well, thankfully, despite the raid and outrageous legal threats, he is not in any German jail. However, Sony send him more threats in a letter which se to be not that important, at least to graf.

Hes standing up for YOU, yes you, to do whatever you like after you buy your ps3, so it doesn't automatically mean jailbreaking. Also Sony still hasn't figured out why alot of devs are doing this, to get Linux back which pending a few lawsuits was ILLEGALLY stolen from US, yes You and me
