Then simply Place in a folder on a memory stick . Call the folder PS3 then have a sub folder called SAVEDATA. Then place the file you downloaded in the save data folder. Then that's you got home summer house for free. The only think is you cant return to the summer house without quitting home then reloading it. You also cant change your appearance.
