Now that gaming consoles have gained the ability to access websites online it seems that Trend Micro sees an opportunity. The company has announced web security services that it will make available to the PlayStation 3 and the PlayStation Portable (PSP). A trial version of its Total Web Security Service has been available worldwide for the PSP and PS3 since November 2007.

Trend Micro has now announced that two security services will be launched for the PSP and PS3. Trend Micro Kids’ Safety will block access to websites which are classified into a specific category such as adult or sexual websites. Trend Micro Web Security checks websites for their safety and will block fraudulent and malicious sites from being accessed. The services will be available in the U.K. for £14.95 or as a bundle of the two services for £26.95

Ye i was seeing we have that available for the ps3. But i have to be honest it's a waste of money. I already have told people that viruses cant run on the PS3's OS.
