This is the news, on the release of Playstation Rewards.

Towards the end of 2010 PlayStation announced a new program called PlayStation Rewards with a beta starting out for those who were first to buy a PSN Plus subscription in the U.S. It was announced it would roll out to everone else on PSN Plus in spring 2011. Well correct me if I’m wrong but it is now spring 2011 and with the latest PSN maintenance announcement on the EU PlayStation Blog I feel pretty damned confident we will be seeing it soon. on’t know what you’re talking about” and a “I can’t talk about it” replies.Its not very often that the PSN goes down for maintenance during peak playing times now is it? So this maintenance has to be them adding this new level system to the nextwork.
Does this mean that PSREWARDS is coming soon? I sure hope so. I believe, that it will drastly improve PSNET. Feel free to voice you opinions below.

PlayStation Network Beta Trial and this are not connected 
Right now it in beta form and US only
I believe PS+ was invited and we don't know much else about it.
Like anything sony does with PSN good idea just never follows it up >_>

Yeah they did mention that regular members will be getting the program on April. I myself have been in it since the first day it launched. It's really nothing good I mean, my progress hasn't even moved..
