So the first one I tried it worked, I used this Red Dot City CFW, which was pretty nice for my first CFW. But it was somewhat confusing at first but then I got the hang of it. So did Challenge lobby's all the time until this Update 3.56 came on my PS3, so i'm like "what the hell update here I come" (that was a big mistake) Then after that my console wasn't able to start up any of my apps or games so I did a Quick System Restore (even bigger mistake). I lost everything... So till this day I'm looking for a 3.56 Downgrade(that works) or a 3.56 CFW. In the process of looking I have learned alot about hacking. Thanks NGU and every one else, I would like to hear your hacking story post bellow =D I said review because it seems Sony is going release updates every month, but there will always be a way.....

I first got into a challenge lobby in october. i begged people for like weeks, finally i got in one. then in december when geohots cfw came out, i jailbroke my ps3, then the ps3 3.56 update came out ,then im like f*ck this, im playing black ops

On a real level though, I hosted CL's waaaayyyy back in the day when they first started to show up, though I never charged or advertised on NGU as I lost my password to NGU and wasn't able to access it for a whole year. So I advertised in my CL Account PSN I.D, it was really fun at the start, but after loads and loads of 20 minute lobbies and time wasters it just got really boring until eventually I quit hosting and then the "CFW" was released and I went back to hosting again for a while for free and now I've stopped again, waaayyy to boring now. lol :p

What are you guys talking about when 3.56 came out?? U can still host. Just can't switch patches
