(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); 1.) Will i get banned by updating to software 3.60?
2.) If i bypass, will it increase the risk of getting me banned?

Are u scared if ure scared why u get it first place you know consequences can happen but if you Update just delete all hombrew and stuff and make sure to go to ofw and then update

Im currently bypassing 3.55 with 3.0 spoofer but if youre scared just go for it =p

I don't know why I did it but now i just want to know, im on 3.56 right now, no JB or anything, iRestored PS3 system.. so i don't know if i deleted JB historY. Please reply...

If your running OFW no

And no to 1 as you not stated what you done before or what on your PS3

Your fine you won't get a ban nothing on your console anymore

My bad, i ran CFW on 3.55 for about 3 days? than i unJB Ps3. But i still had CL Patches for 3-4 more days after that. the 3.56 came out WAY after this.. and i didn't mess around with that at ALL.

As long nothing to flag your running unsigned code E.g CL or apps

You won't get banned because no flag
So update or bypass without anything on your system your safe.

Answer to 1, No.
Answer to 2, Yes.
Using a bypass program and connecting to internet on PS3 can get you banned. Especially in these oppressing times on Sony's banhammer ruling over the kingdom of Playstation.
