Probably overheated or it's a hardware issue I suggest applying thermal past tho the NAND if that doesnt work than buy a new PS3 :y:

hey if you open that up and you either fix the possible faulty ribbon cable to the motherboardd, or possible the power cord going into the motherboard. if you need help taking it apart i have fixed many a yellow light of death ps3 and could help. that what i think it is. hope i helped! and if it doesnt even read the disc that could be it or it isn't your original blu-ray drive.

Do you leave it on for long periods of time? Maybe bad ventalation in the back from not having enough room.

Open it up and look for something out of place
