I have fitted a few of those lasers before but to be honest they are sh1t.
They dont last long at all.
I recently sold a ps3 that I replaced the laser on and now I have to refund the guy I sold it to because it lasted less than 2 weeks.
I did my own ps3 too (i bought it broke and replaced the laser) I had to replace the laser 2 months later.
Just a word of advice, be sure to get a genuine Sony laser!
