UTV Ignition and Hothead Games have announced that Swarm will be released for the European Playstation Network on March 30rd.
It will cost them either £9.99 or €12.99, depending where their from. As for Xbox Live players, it will cost them 1200 Microsoft Points, they can access this game a week earlier, on March 27th.
If you don't know what Swarm is, here's a brief description:
Swarm has players manipulating up to 50 blue critters known as Swarmites, with your objective to rake in as many points as possible while reaching the goal with at least one creature having survived.
The blue beings function as a collective, and can perform a variety of group tricks to help them through each level, such as bundling together for a speed/strength boost or stacking on top of each other to reach higher ground.
I know it shows Xbox 360, but it's the gameplay I'm trying to get through to you guys.
