ORIGINAL FAT 20GB PS3, does it have 100Mbit or 1Gbit ethernet card?

a lot of confusing info out there... I have gigabit router, cat6 cable but no gigabit speeds between my ps3 and my gigabit router....

my pc and router is showing up at gigabit speeds...

so is the original 20gb PS3 ethernet card 100Mbit or 1Gbit? :confused:
