According to NPD, Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock made a bangin' $830,900,000 this generation, which is more then any other game on all consoles. Despite the big sales they've made with GH3, Activision will not be releasing any new Guitar Hero titles in this year of 2011.

They started making this list in 1995, which is why no Super Mario Bros titles are on the list, enjoy!

1, 3, 6 and 8 are JOKE man there are much more better things than those things. I mean GH3 is cool but can't be the best.

This list just proves that too many Americans like shit games.
Why couldn't Tales Of Vesperia or Morrowind be on that list?

i have to give wii credit for louring in so many buyers on their exclusive products.

you gotta remember that games like call of duty are multiplatform so sales are combines from xbox, ps3, wii, and pc for that game. probably explains why other exclusives like halo arent up there
