SX-SCENE has, once again, obtained the latest court documents in the SCEA vs. George "Geohot" Hotz case. Lawyers for Geohot object to much of Sony's recent "evidence," especially the allegation that Hotz registered a PSN account under the name "blickmaniac." They point to a post on the PS3Hax forum from someone claiming to be the owner of the account, as well as a well-known hardware hacker named Bob Blick.
There are also some pr0n pictures of Geohot's PS3 suitable for framing.

George Hotz needs to strengthen his defense before sony gets the wind of this case. I do not like how things turning out consider Sony is a powerhouse. Only reason why I don't want Sony to win because if they win they will have basically full control on their console and the customers wouldn't be allow to do any modification to it.
