(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); There have been rumours that Modern Warfare 3 will probably be publicized in April. Apparently Activision is focusing their next Call of Duty series towards the PlayStation 3, as they paid more interest into the Xbox 360 version of Black Ops, whereas the PC and PS3 versions remained rather pale on the multiplayer mode.

HookedGamers said that the PS3 has a big advantage this year against its massive competitor, the Xbox 360. They said that this is not only because of the sales ratings, but also the well known exclusives and the features that seem quite promising. To be honest I am also looking forward to seeing what Sony and Activision are capable of with their ideas for Modern Warfare 3 and the NGP.

Apparently, PS3 users have the ability to play with their friends on Mac and PC with cloud based storage, which basically means that saved games are able to be transferred between all the platforms, with the PS3 receiving the best out of it, with Steam concerning the DLC.

Will Modern Warfare 3 be revealed in April, and what are you expecting from it?

In Flames Much?
Recent events have showed that PS3 can do things online xbox can't mainly due to sony being more willing.
Portal 2 is the game which shows just some of things which could be done.

In theory PSN could pass xbox live because it very much like PC. Only problem lack of standards across the board like invites etc

I do think most users are jumping the gun and we won't see much change.
COD games focus is on xbox for the next couple of years. Easy

That said some wonderful things if they wanted could come to PSN.
Like ded servers paided for almost like PC easy.

Basically if PC and PS3 users were to connect online play, PC players would most likely gain the advantage after hacks are introduced.

First week, PS3 beats PC
Second Week PC beats Ps3
Forever, PC beats PS3 thanks to hacks....

Yea I see issues with cross platform playing.

Forget about hacking....two words...

Keyboard. Mouse.

that is not true, the person who uploaded this has recently uploaded another thread which tells us that the ps3 NOW has a bigger audience than xbox because ps3 is now 2nd in the sales with the wii in 1st and xbox now in 3rd.

What does owning a console have to do with more people playing Black Ops? 50% of the people I know only own a PS3 to watch blu-rays. There's always around 500,000 people playing Black Ops on 360. The number is much lower (100-200,000 on PS3) That's what matters. Anyone who thinks Activision will ever show special attention to PS3 is naive and ignorant.

Your a dumbass. Whenever I get home from school around 3pm GMT -8 time, there is an average of 550-600k people online. By about 9pm where I live there is at least 300k still on.

Before you say anything, get your facts straight.
