This is how my friend who is doing a computer programming course
explained it to me.

See the problem is Code when you use C.F.W it is running on their
Servers when you are online,with their own O.F.W running as well.

So they can see an change in the way their O.F.W is running what
they do next is a system run on the change in the flow of the code.

So when they find what the annomally [sorry for the spelling anyway] is they trace the source of it.

Then they can trace you ip address, your email and any of the information that is own your ps3 e.g mac address name so on....

But to ban your console they have to wait until you turn it
off because they can not get it on your HDD when it is active
reason being is the security on it prevents this happening.

So when you turn it off they will send the ban code simply put
to your HDD.

The next day when you sign in it is activated and they fu*k you for you using something that does not make them money.

All big corporations do this but it is always going to happen and they
do not care about 1 user on their network .

Because simply S.O.N.Y have millions of customers buying their
produce every day.

So i hope this helped and has concluded the question of why and how this has happened to me .

I've got another question, how they are gonn catch you if you release a cfw, anyone can release an exploit, cfw, anything, but not all of them are to get caught. This means, if i go to my local computer cafe, i can release anything as anonymous, sony aint the fbi to catch me and hunt me down... Sony go ahead and try to sue me, if you can, i can release what i want from any old computer, cause i have the freedom to, its my life and i can do what i want, who said it has to be a priv? It can be a computer from a library, you guys aint god at all, you're regular human

Okay that is true you could go to a internet cafe and do it
but if you released it on a forum and you were a member
of that forum and you used your actual information to
sign up on it then they could trace you with that.

They are fuked. NEw hackers are coming out of nowhere. They are started to learn how to hack the ps3 and soon more ppl will get into it. Tooo many ppl will know how to hack and sony will have to give up. Sooner or later
