For the mods you need GTA4 backed up to HDD (3.55) and you won't be able to see or be affected by 99% of the mods. Winky Winky

i don't hack or glitch, i just grab a car go to the airport and me + mates drive around the airport racing up and down the runway drifiting around it etc, pro stuff Cool Man (aka Tustin)
