To me, you're just an anonymous user. So I believe that you need to spend more time studying English.

They're wasting their time. Whether they intend to burden psn users or not they're actions have been thought to be the cause. Sony have started up a shitstorm, you'd be idiotic to do something to anger them any further right now.
