So really i think they are going to keep destroying SONY until they agree to let people use Custom Firmware / Homebrew well really all the things to do with Custom Firmware.

So really im just telling you guys whats really happening with all the errors that are going to be going throught PSN.. like Won't be able to sign in, use PS Store things like that will be shut down by anonymous.

I doubt GeoHotz is playing it with Anonymous with the whole DDOSing crap.
He's already the type of guy who seems to do stuff for a legit reason. I doubt he'd really screw his reputation up just over some petty DDOSing attacks.

They are DDOsing the whole SONY servers which is affecing the whole PS3.


no annonymous is attacking sony because they are taking peoples rights we should be able to do what we want with our consoles as we payed for them.

Well of course. I'm just saying [because some guy said earlier that Geohotz may be apart of it], that Geohotz would most likely not be apart of DDOSing Sony's servers.

there where no T&C about using CFW until it came out. so just because peolpe had it they started banning people that are using at and are suing Geo Hotz for releasing it when people have the right to do what they want with their PS3 as they payed for it.

nope Geo Hotz hasn't got anything to do with it, its only annonymous thats doing it because SONY are really taking people rights away.

And it WAS agenst the T&C at the time to mess with the FW in anyway.

I can appreciate what anon is doing,but in all honesty attacking servers is really not that useful. They need to hurt Sony where it will do real damage. They need to hit sony's money, take that away and Sony might me liable to listen.

I have never understood the need for end user agreements, or the legality of them. I was under the impression any and all agreements required a signature from someone to enforce the deal. You buy something you own it. The ps3 is no different, they can say the fw cannot be touched, but honestly what is being changed? You add something the ps3 originally had, made it more accessible, and open for homebrew. It adds features, makes the ps3 better. They claim it does everything, yet it does not. Can we sue them for that? Considering it is false advertising? Long shot here I know.

Just my humble opinion.
