Trophies, or mods on games that lead to trophies. With a fully decrypted EBOOT a trophy hack may possible.

i play games "legit" but idea of that is nice to think might be able to be done soon

Challenge lobbies I doubt. Mods through the EBOOT, yes. As long as the EBOOT was compiled with 3.55 and below SDK.
