(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Well I'm looking for a way to change the IP of my PS3. No I'm not perma banned or anything at all. I just have my own personal reasons for needing to do so :carling:

And before you tell me to "Google it noob" I already did and could not find any good clear answer. Also checked around her but couldn't get any good results because when using search "IP" is too common and not included in the search here on NGU :FU:

Any good help will get repz and vbux :y:

think you just go under network settings, but instead of choosing Easy, you choose Advanced or Custom, can't remember the option. You should be able to do it all manually here. Just make sure it's not set to use DHCP or automatic settings, you want to do it manually..

Yes I've seen people say that but others have said that it doesn't actually change the IP. I guess I will try it though.

you can mac address spoof, and changing the IP of your PS3 locally which is usually a 192.168.X.XXX address (where X = a #) means nothing really as both are for local connections.

The IP you seem to be worried about is your Public IP address and most internet service providers give you a Dynamic one, meaning it changes as often as THEY set it too, you can usually request a new Public IP in your router/modem settings.

So google your ISP info something like (for me it would be) 'change public IP time warner'

The other thing you need to do if you are tinfoil-hatted (!NogrammarNAziZ!) is find a console ID spoofer, but even then no one can say for 100% sure that a console ID spoof is working correctly!
