I have read a few things on what to do!

1: you could try to reset your internet, clear your cache, delete cookies and try to log on (I see you already tried reseting, but trying clearing cookies/cache)

2: Give it a few days, some people said they left the PS3 for five days, came back, and they could get online

3: If you really want to, update your router's firmware, set up a static IP address, or put the PS3 in DMZ (you may not understand this, don't do it, this is a little risky you may mess something up unless you are a professional)

If all else fails you could try contacting a Sony employee or making a thread on their website You must login or register to view this content..

Best of luck to you! :y:

Do a barrel roll!
There are problems with the psn.

I have the same error message and a few people I know are getting it as well.
