Here is what originally Anonymous message was to Sony:

Instead, it turned out to be total failure as people that appeared instead saw lots of hired mall security and local police that were called in to stay guard at all the Sony stores and of course they totally were NOT open at all for any normal business, with signs informing the public that Sorry, We Are Closed!

I guess in-part it was a small WIN since NO sales were made by Sony today in their stores, but it also shows Sony has been taking the matter serious and watching for any action by Anonymous so they can prevent any problems.

Maybe the group should be more in real like their own name Anonymous then they have been showing, and NOT announce to the world and media what their plans are going to be or what actions are going to be taken by their members in the operations they want to carry out against Sony!

Droping the case against geohot was enough for me. Has Sony taken action against the people who's ip addresses they obtained? If not then there is no reason for anonymous to continue their attack. Sony had a document, signed by the judge, permitting them to do what they did. That, in the eyes of the law, is NOT an invasion of privacy. What they did is morally wrong but if anonymous were to attack everyone that did something legally right, but morally wrong, they would have attacked half of the worlds population.
