Hopefully Graf will try to fight them in court, I'm pretty sure he will have to any way as it's a criminal charge rather than civil but I think he has a chance of winning it.

Exactly he didn't have the balls, and this guy won't ether he has already removed all ps3 things from his site just like geohot did, he is going along the same path
