(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Title says it all, I have done absolutely everything humanly possible to Open my NAT and nothing works.

I have tried the following:

-Putting Ps3 on DMZ

-Port Forwarding a massive amount of Ports

-Changing Primary, Secondary DNS's, and everything else related to giving the PS3 a static Ip.

I just need help, no matter what I try I always get that dreaded number 3, which makes me want to throw my router out into the garbage.

I HAVE A D-LINK WBR-2310, using Primus internet. (Canada)

Hope someone can help :y:

Ethernet. Damn, 1.5mb? Don't worry, I have seen much worse. Try ringing your ISP, unless they promised you 1.5mb, then your out of luck.

Double NAT is where your modem and router give off a single IP address and your PS3 registers both.

Well this is weird. I have my PS3 hooked right up to my DSL router and I have Nat type 2. Maybe it's something to do with your router.

For whatever reason, I cannot connect through PPPoe. I'm sure of the password and the username, but I still can't.

Ring you ISP and inquire or have you tried Google?

i have a router with a built in modem that gives me nat 3 no matter what i do. doing research, i found my only option is to bridge my router/modem with a different router that can give me a nat 2.

I am going to buy a new gaming router over the weekend, if it's still NAT 3, Primus = :bat:

Seeing that you connected your ps3 to the modem and still got 2, you have another firewall running. Modem should be 1, Modem-to-Router should be 2, firewall on any of those two makes nat 3.
