Hey guys just thought i'd leave this here. Word is with the server maintenance will fix a lot of signing in problems some people have apparently had BUT it could also fix the problems with EU people downloading from debug store by accident. Just thought someone would like to know if you follow the rebug store/ bookmark tread.
