Lot of people think so because since when do they do 1-2 day maintenance by shutting down PSN completely.
I also hear Rebug players, a little while ago, are now able to get back onto the Dev PSN coincidence maybe Lol IDK

i heard anonymous is ddos'ing sony servers but not sure , i got on rebug fine earlier

I think their downtime has nothing to do with the rebug psn other than it was brought down also. Bc they already said that it was unexpected.

So if their rebug servers are back up then maybe they will have the normal ones up soon i hope

@ me it says on my rebug ps3 that the psn is under maintenance, while it says on 3.60 error occured...

well apparently for some it works on rebug and others it doesnt.

Yea i still get an error on the official psn
