Source: Myself | By: TheBigRod | April 22nd, 2011

Note: You won't be able to watch any movies/shows if you don't have a subscribed Netflix account, it's just common sense.

Step 1.) Your PS3 will attempt to log onto PSN, then get the damn error.

Step 2.) Press the red[/b] Netflix icon.

Step 3.) You will get a message saying that you need to be logged onto PSN to be able to watch Netflix, this is normal.

Step 4.) Press cancel.

Step 5.) Enjoy Netflix!

=D Hope you guys liked, just a little thing I found while trying to get onto Netflix.

I've tried 20 times atleast. I can not get this to work.

I can log in fine, browse movies, but when I want to stream them, It won't let me start without logging into psn

You have to try logging in a couple times until you can see the netflix program in the background THEN cancel. I promise, it works. There's no reason it shouldn't work on anybody's unless they're on a different version.

exactly you can see the list of movies/shows but when you actually go to watch the show/movie it asks for you to sign in again, and again, i signed in and then it says psn undergoing matienence, and then it kicks me out to the home. And of course i did it again, and i pressed cancel instead of signing in a couple times, same deal, tells you to sign in, and sign in again, same stuff don't work /facepalm
No worries tho, psn will be back soon im not in a rush to use netflix on ps3 i got the xbox and PC too :FU:

Is there any special way to do it? I sign in, than hit cancel after it says "Playstation is currently under maintenanc" Than like a second later, it will pop up again, and again, and again. Then, it will let me browse movies, but not play any.

Try logging in, it'll say error, then cancel, but you'll need patience.

I said, you'll need patience, haha. Just attempt to log in while on Netflix, then cancelling, then it should let you in. That's how I do it, all ways are different.

I swear I saw practice XD It just not life me. I tried waiting a few min before I hit cancel the first time, I tried going super fast, nothing. Just pops up a bunch of times.
