IT's Because it's not ALL... off.. for instance did you know that if you turn on your PS3 and go to Whats NEW ON THE Play Station Network Bar and wait for it to load then choose The Studio, Virtual Tennis 4 OR InFamous2 which are selected as WWW. youre gonna be able to use the internet on your PS3.. BUT YOU CANT SIGN IN LOLZ HSUAHUSA...
