Here's what a represetative said to me when i called:
ok just rang them up at 14:14 UK time.

the automated bot said "undergoing maintenance and should be back online later on"

The woman on the other end said the same under maintenance, but said they are unsure as to when it will be back online. She said that there is no estimated time as Sony is still looking to find the problem. She said it's best to check again later on tonight though as we may be in better luck by then.

I fear these representatives no less than we do. tss
