I ask her when it will be up, why it's down, will psn users be compensated for downtime, and if any users info is at risk.
Sorry for her voice being low use headphones (use both ears) to make it louder.
Also: I was planning on raging then getting a manager and raging harder but this lady was too nice (bawww)

Lmao well basically there's no eta, psn users will not be compensated (Confirmed by manager) as it's a "free service", and the only info they told me as to why it's down is that there has been an "external intrusion"

She say's keep up-to-date using the blog for updates. She says that her engineers confirms it was an external extrusion. She's not sure if the extruder's can see all our user information, thanks Sony. :n:
