There Sony LOST in the Other OS removal battle!
Now it is only a ruling by a Consumer's Board but still the man is now able to use it in court if Sony does not cough up the 100 euros that the board ruled he should get because he lost his Linux ability after updating to play a newer game that he recently purchased!

Now it does not sound like much, but it shows ONE MAN can stand up and get a ruling, and maybe if everyone flooded all their local Consumer's Boards in their area of the world with complaints it would make a change to the whole corporate mindset that you no longer own the machine and they can remove features at anytime they wish in the future after you paid money originally for those features.

so what? how much did it cost 20$ most 150$ still no reason to try and file a lawsuit... lol to be honest what i believe is that nobody is hacking just somebody ****ed up something thats all bcuz i lagged in black ops HARD i mean HARD!!! for 2 days b4 the server went out so idk and i really doubt a group of hackers did this but hey cant rule out the pakis "no disrespect" just couple friends i know that can do somethings. :n00b:
