Most of you guys still posting in the ShoutBox that PSN is online, cause you've seen it on there blog site.

That is there BLOG site not there offical PS site.
The official site for Europe is You must login or register to view this content.
and on that site on the top right corner, you can see that PSN is offline.

So this means that PlayStation updates the status on the official site if its online or offline

So before you come to the ShoutBox and yell "PSN IS ONLINE I'VE SEEN IT ON THE BLOG" then check the original site and not the blog.

They should still understand that they would even post a blog entry that psn is now online.

I thought SONY handles the region side of things. Like say if only US version of a game can be played on US servers or if someone in JP can play a US PSstore game, still vs.ing people from America. I say this coz I have some games I cant plat atm because Im in Europe and have a US store. I bought these games, but servers are region based so when I try find a game..... no luck!! Cause it sends my data from here, to US, then trys to run the game off of that connection. Oh well Im sure we'll get something for this.

PSN servers yes but game servers no ... even when i am on US black ops i still play people from Jap and Egypt all the time so region based is not the case b/c there is no dedicated server for BO ... PSN has servers to keep up with Playstation Store and Playstation Home and thats about it .. everything else is up to the game dev's

or just sign in and see the message maintenance
