PSN STATUS: Down
-----Sony has gotten themselves back together and is addressing some new security measures, but what we have all been waiting to hear is when is it coming back and what free stuff do we get? Well, we should see PSN up soon this week and we should be getting quite a few free downlodable content and every one will receive 30 days of free Playstation Plus Subscription. So I'm happy, and you should be too!

Well now as of friday the 6th we will have to wait longer. When they announced that services should be up in about a week, they were unaware of the continuous attack while they were working on getting it back up. Now they are not sure when and they have to complete their project and then test it.
Its my opinion that all this free stuff we are getting is not worth it. I personally have chosen to switch to xbox and continue my online gaming without interruption. Just my opinion I am not against faithful PS3 fans.

If the psn is not back up by wed. I'm going 360.. I don't care if by having a ps3 I don't have to pay for online. I spent enough money on buying the ps3 and the crazy priced games for it. I'm tierd of people sayin... well atleast its free to play online, hello, no its not. You still have to spend 60 bucks to get the game to play online.

ure acting as if rebuilding the network is a small thing to do, im pretty sure they know what they are doing. tbh personally id rather have them take their time so the network is secure rather than it failing and getting hacked the next day.
what else do you want they have given updates about the problem and soloution u dont need anything more. they said it will be time consuming

No rebuilding network is not easy, but they have millions of people waiting, you cant just do whatever you want because u got hacked, they are hurting their reputation everyday its offline

they may have millions of people waiting, but they know what they are doing. there not standing around a table playing pokemon. there not doing whatever they want there trying to fix it. pretty sure they dont want everyones cc info to be gone which would give them a worse rep then being offline
