So if you do get stolen from first call you bank! Than tell them whats going on now depending on the bank they will give you the amount, mine does all the time. Than they will go after PSN force them to pay them back, or they will have to go to court. So dont stress to hard . Posted here because it has some involvement in the PSN outage. Hope I helped .
