I just facepalmed with a knife.. IT IS SENDING REQUESTS TO ACCESS THE NETWORK IN OTHER WORDS SIGNING IN OR VISITING A SITE UNTIL IT GETS OVER THE LIMIT AND CAUSES THE SERVER TO CRASH.
