I agree that a refund is not appropriate, but THE PLAYSTATION NETWORK IS NOT FREE!!! This is a misconception, and a diversion created by Sony. The cost of the PSN is built into every PS3 game that is bought. Instead of paying a monthly or annual subscription, you pay an additional $10 per game regardless of weather you use the PSN or not. Sony built the PSN on the premise to get revenue out of every PS3 gamer each time a game was bought. Xbox only gets revenue from gamers who play on line, where Sony gets revenue out of every game sold to fund the PSN.
