(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Sony have now claimed that its not there fault and that if any of our information got out they are not liable they tried refering to PSN T&C for help ,

Here is a extract from the article on PS3HAX From Sony:
“We exclude all liability for loss of data or unauthorised access to your data, Sony Online Network account or Sony Online Network wallet and for damage caused to your software or hardware as a result of using or accessing Sony Online Network,” the terms state.

Basically they are saying you signed up you took the risk which is a disgrace for a major corparation There shouldnt be a risk , PSN At the moment is a shambles , also Some users are able to access PSN after 3-4 Tries Smile

Are you ****ing kidding me? When I accepted your PSN User Agreement, did it say it was my fault because someone else easily hacked your stupid, unsecured server? :FU: WTF! I Hate you!
I wish this hacking shit started the first week after the PS3 was released, how did it take us this long to bypass their shit security? Is it because we thought we can't or just because of lack of interest?

Maybe cause its not "easy"? Everything seems easier AFTER you do it.

I just hope PSN goes back up.

I realize it's not easy, but I also think it was because of lack of interest, theynheard the PS3 was the most secure console, so they said "why bother?"

What would you do in this situation? Take the blame and lose millions in court? I don't think so, if anybody else was in this situation they'd be taking the blame off themselves too! & IT ISN'T THERE FAULT! How can they be held responsible for being hacked? Its some nerds fault, nobody else's.

I Also believe it was a lack of intrest, but because why would u need to hack the ps3 otherOS was allready on it, The true hacking started when this was removed and programmers wanted to be able to run Linux.

Sony better hope this works, another major business company estimated that with all these lawsuits, Sony will lose over 24 billion dollars. I'll try and find the source again if i can :3
