A friend of mine has had his old man's account compromised and had £500 taken from his Bank Account with "Sony" clearly labled within the Transaction ID's, made from £100's, £50's and £20's.

Sony have lost all my respect... and my Card details. :/

Ok your are very dumb sir,

-First, you agree to put your credit card information in and once its out there anyone is able to see it.

-Second, you are making them angry and its not they're fault any of this happened, its whoever hacked it and sony just did the correct thing to shut it down.

-Third, why should they have to try and it get it back up for you, not like you pay for it.

K bye bye

The complaint alleges that Sony failed to take reasonable care to protect, encrypt, and secure the private and sensitive data of its users which led to the intrusion that caused over 70 million customers the loss of their personal and private information, including customer names, addresses, e-mail addresses, birthdays, PlayStation Network and Qriocity passwords, and user names, as well as online user handles, and possibly credit card related data. The complaint also alleges "on information and belief, members of the Class have begun to experience losses from fraudulent use of credit card information believed compromised by the security breach alleged herein."

Haxor!
Are you all still whining? Everyone's credit cards/ debit cards are all insured by the provider of the card. Get a job and make money stop trying to file a lawsuit with a corporation cause your lazy ass finds a way to get free money.

You mean the info that hasn't proven to be taken? In the end nothing bad is going to come of this, sony won't be sued and everyone will forget about it in a months time.

Yea my card is insured however considering all my personal info has been given out without my consent is wrong. Having a job or not does not matter in the fact that wrong has been done.
