There are automated bots out there whose only purpose is to send mass e-mails out to any e-mail address that they can find, and even non-existing e-mail addresses. It's like I tell these other people, don't be surprised if you get an e-mail. Even if you think "nobody has it", a program can still e-mail it through just guesswork.
