This seems very intresting ......Awesome face

We are now on day ten and gamers are not happy, as 21% are considering Xbox, as PlayStation Network (PSN) is still down. We already knew that some were thinking of moving over to Microsoft’s games console, but we did not imagine the number to be that high. Although it is easy to understand why, no PSN for just under two weeks, and a fear that not only our personal information but also our credit card details could be sold to the highest bidder.

Escapist Magazine reports that the survey was taken by CouponCodes4U, who asked 2,132 people a series of questions regarding the current PSN issue, which is expected to cost Sony a staggering $24 billion. Some may say that they expected this number to be larger, but we have seen time and again that PS3 owners are loyal to their system.

We should not read too much into this figure, as once the PlayStation Network comes back online, users will forget what happened and be happy to carry on as normal – well unless they notice that money starts coming off their credit cards. We now hope that Sony will learn from this and be prepared to counter anything like this in the future – and we are certain that they will.

Do you expect more or less than 21 percent of PS3 owners to switch to the Xbox 360?

That is the way of the current young generation, I sincerely hope it is not that way when they mature, otherwise our nation is in for a lot more problems in the future. But as it stands, I wouldn't be surprised at all if 21% of gamers switched to Xbox, since it is not their money and kids under 15 are usually very impatient and immature, so they will drop a few hundred dollars because of a week and a half of no online. Unfortunately, that's the way young kids are being brought up these days...

Im 15 first of all :p I have sticked to Playstation anyway what happend to it.. I got banned from psn network for 1 month but i sticked to it! I had ps1 when i was 5 and then i got ps2.. That's about $300-$400 you could be saving if you just had some patience. Idiots.

You might have patience. That doesn't mean all 15 year olds don't have patience. My sister is almost 15, and she is one of the most impatient people I know, hell my almost 18 year old sister is pretty damn impatient as well. To be patient takes maturity, and sure, some 15 year olds have that (evidenced by the fact that two 15 year olds have told me they are patient enough to wait it out) but the fact of the matter is, most kids 15 and younger don't have it.

I didn't not personally mean anyone here on NGU is impatient, just that 15 year olds are usually impatient. If you are patient, then ignore what I said, and I will happily admit when I am wrong, like I was here.

15 days is a lonnnnnnnnnnng time to wait for your online gamming fix,and $300-$400 is a cheap price to pay if online is your gig.
Me I'd have brought an xbox if I didnt already own one.
Offline is ok if you wanna play solo or have no friends.
