The company also announced both a series of immediate steps to enhance security across the network and a new customer appreciation program to thank its customers for their patience and loyalty.

Yeah indeed, only says that they are going to start to restore the network.

I didn't mean the WHOLE PSN is online. The Servers are or WERE for a short period of time. They have been reset and crap... read my last post. I didn't say the PSN was up. I just said online. They can play on it now if they wanted and log in (PSN Team, Devs, ect.) But the public can't

Dutch Playstation Twitter replied to someone who asked if PSN was up anywhere.
He replied no, PSN isn't up anywhere. Yes the PSN servers might be up for a moment to run some tests but that doesn't make sense if you announce it like it's actually up right?

They were up when i posted this and that is why i posted this, in hope that the psn would be back, but as i posted this i resarched more into this and i found out they were just running some tests. So, before i even posted this, it was just a rumor that there was some activity in Japan. But now we know that there are some regional differences in which maybe the psn will be back up.
