Note: This will work with a xbox360 controller too.
1. Use a damp paper towel.
2. Use a wet wipe (Note: This may make your controller feel sticky but is very good at cleaning a controller)

1. Use a damp q-tip , or damp cotton ball.
2. In side controller , sticky buttons , You must take apart your controller and clean it , theres no other way i know.
1*. Buy a Controller in a dumb shop like Zellers or Wall-Mart or other noob place that have no clue what's a PS3
2. Unbox your new controller carefully
3. Take your new controller out of the box
4. Take your crappy old controller, wash it up, take off all the dirt around it and clean it up
5. Take your crappy old controller that you all washed up and put it back in the box of the new controller u bought 20 mins ago
6. Bring it back to your noob store THE NEXT DAY ! (same place that u bought it DAH!)
7. Get refund saying that the controller is having a hard time to connect and its disconnect randomly and take your money and simply GTFO!
