there is no comfirmed date or time when its back on.
on the 1st of may it was said that it will be bk on this WEEK
not monday tuesday or wednesday etc but this week it will be back so its on when its on
and as for the cross game chat its not happening they mentioned the chat function as in that will be back on as normal when psn is back on not that they have changed it anyway

if its not on the offical website then it is all speculation none of this well my mate says its back on today
they know nothing people are just putting videos up on utube and other places saying this and that about psn to get rating and subscribers

i recommend we all wait until its back on sooner the better
