First of all, I'm sorry if this is already posted, I searched but didn't found anything.
So as we know, rumour started to spread yesterday that people living in Japan could access to PSN. Many gaming- and news websites also confirmed it.
This was based on several tweets and messages which were from "Japanese" PSN users.
However, it's confirmed that it isn't true.

So since it's now confirmed, don’t always believe what you read in the news. If PSN is back up in any country, Sony WILL make an official statement. He also confirmed that PSN will be back up in this week.
