A firm in Toronto named McPhadden Samac Tuovi has filed a lawsuit against Sony, for supposedly 'breaching privacy'. If this is won, then Sony will have to be paying off quite a bit of bills in the near future.

The one who has called this is Playstation Network user, Natasha Maksimovic, who in fact, is a woman.

There have been other lawsuits, you can read about the most recent one You must login or register to view this content..

Sony has held a conference in Japan, having one of the topics what they're going to give to us Playstation Network users, one guess is You must login or register to view this content..

Sony has been making quite a few promises lately, & it's going to be hard for them if they have lawsuits they need to clean up.

What do you think Sony should do?

I don't really get why there getting sued.I doubt sony was expecting to get hacked and also I don't see this "Woman" Running a Huge Company like Sony. She should know there's a bunch of hackers out there that are skilled enough to hack "huge multi-national corporation".She like everyone else should know the risk.Sure "Sony" should have a more secure database and everything but things happen.

I hate to point out the fact that this law suit really does not hurt Sony, it hurts the consumer. In the end, if Sony is hit in the wallet for this, the cost will be passed on to the consumer. Once aging we will take it in the shorts!! This is a no win situation no matter how you look at it.

Nothing will happen. All users that play online first agree to their terms of use, which includes you giving up the right to sue them.

Over a Billion angry gamers, against a firm? Lol I do believe Sony has there customers back, In the end of the day, its a fu.cking playstation! A home entertainment system to play on while you have nothing else to do at home.

All because some geeky faggot 15-19 year old decided to bring a whole company to there knees. SONY need to think about security first!
