If you know of a store where you have a certain trial period with games or where you can take a game back within x amount of time, go out and purchase portal 2 for ps3.
You must do this after the network is back up.
1. Purchase Portal 2, when at the main menu, log in or register for steam (psn must be up!)
2. Inside your copy of Portal there should be a code for steam portal 2.
3. Register code on steam (google steam and download if you dont have it already) Your psn should be linked to steam account and Bam you have free Portal 2 for PC.
4. Take back game for another game or get full refund

So you say in a PS3 copy, there is a bluray for PS3 and a steam-key for pc so basically 2-in-1?

Yes you get a free steam copy when you buy the ps3 version

1. I come from australia, here we can purchase games from eb games, and no matter what can take them back within seven days (opened/unopened)
2. Some people are retarded/ dont know that you can do this.

theres no more eb games in TX but walmart will take anything back

well in america you cant do that. specially at stores lkke gamestop that know that theres pc codes to redeem. so what you can do is buy it online at gamestop. its on sale at 40$ for ps3/xbox and i think 20$ or 30$ for pc
