I basically only played the beginning of skate 2 and it was pretty awesome... I thought about buying skate 2 but skate 3 came out so I bought that instead. But skate 3 does have it similarities to skate 2 not sure if its a good thing or a bad thing.

Uncharted 2 (UC1 is a really good game, but UC2 is far superior in every way), Assassins Creed: Brotherhood (and AC2, but I much preferred the gameplay additions to ACB), Metal Gear Solid 4, Burnout Paradise, Split/Second.

God of war 3 is amazing for offline but the best is grand theft auto 4.
