I think its a good idea, if anyone knows how a network can be breached, it's going to be a hacker. Therefore, give them a job notifying Sony of any developing loop holes. Plus, hackers trust hackers, what better way to get information from them.

A hacker hacks... A hacker doesnt analyze data to catch a fellow hacker... In case no-one noticed, they are not rats.

Some of the best hired security and network experts are hackers. They may have more public friendly names like "security experts" but it doesn't make them any less of a hacker.
