PSN has been down for almost three weeks, coming on for a month, now. That’s a lot of unhappy Mortal Kombat, Portal 2 and SOCOM PS3 players who haven’t been able to try their games online yet.

Because this is a source that are commenting on the latest blog update, and if you haven't noticed there are quotation marks indicating that there is a quote from the SONY BLOG UPDATE.
Don't be an absolute dick, if you had read the latest update then you would know yourself that PSN most likely will not be up inside the deadline that they have given.
This update vaguely indicates that their ETA was a load of shit, they've strung us along all week, and only once the week is nearly over do they update us and tell us that they didn't know the extent of the attack.
