What if you have multiple Accounts?
Does this mean you can get all the Games if you got like 3 Accounts?
This is just a Theory don't get mad if I am wrong...

It might work, they will either set each PS3 to a cap limit of 2 per PSID/MAC or Have a cap on what you can download per Account (if that makes sense) e.g. you buy two games then a message pops up saying 'your have selected your free games, they will now be avaliable to download' then take you off the screen on which you won't be able to return to.

you dont know yet, maybe people registered before a certain date, so wait until it on and test any theories
