Ok so when psn is rebooting, think about it, they are starting fresh, on whats likely to be new servers.

And im pretty sure ALOT of people will be going back on psn straight away.

Now im not sure if you noticed, but when to many people are on ngu it lags, and last time when we switched servers, it took a while for it to get set in.

So when psn is back up, so many users logging in and downloading there content off ps store could lead to alot more down time.

So dont expect to be on it when its up straight away.

Just using my brain here, when any site upgrades servers, it does lag abit when people start to login.

but who knows, not sure sony can imitate that many users online.

im pretty sure sony will have tons and better servers than NGU.

LOLZ proof is the human brain and some common sense, if they put it on all regions at one time then it will most likey go down, so it makes sense if they put it regionby region

Its possible but I doubt it. People have work, school or maybe don't religiously read forums. So just because PSN goes up it's not like every user will have time to login at once.

I was just stating that they are planning on launching it in regions. I didn't say it hasn't been done before but that, that is what they are going to do.
